Yes! That’s one of Invisalign’s biggest advantages at Roda Dental. You remove your aligners to eat and drink, so there are absolutely no food restrictions - eat corn, apples, popcorn, sticky candy, whatever you want. Just brush your teeth before putting aligners back in. Traditional braces require avoiding hard and sticky foods. Dra. Carrillo will explain all the differences at your consultation in Guatemala City Zone 1 or Zone 9.
